Terms and Conditions of Services
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Leed's Landscaping ("Leed's," "we," "us," or "our") for lawn care services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Leed's and the Client and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
Services Provided
Leed's provides lawn care services as detailed in the Service Agreement (a separate document outlining specific services, frequency, and pricing). Services may include, but are not limited to: lawn mowing, hedge trimming, aeration, overseeding, garden maintenance, spring & fall clean-ups, snow removal, and any other landscaping services as mutually agreed upon.
Service Area
Our services are primarily provided within Sault Ste Marie & surrounding area. Travel fees may apply outside of this designated area. These fees will be clearly outlined in the Service Agreement (estimate).
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Invoices are sent the 1st of the month. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Late Payment Fees: Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 2% per month (24% annually) will be applied to overdue balances. Non-payment after 90 days may result in further legal action.
Methods of Payment: We accept payment via cash, cheque, e-transfer, credit card.

All invoices can be viewed and paid online using the “Look up/ Pay Invoice” button on our website. www.leedslandscaping.ca
Returned Cheques: A fee of $48.00 will be charged for any returned cheques.
Service Agreements
A detailed Service Agreement (Estimate) will be provided to the client outlining the specific services, frequency, pricing, payment schedule, and other relevant details. This agreement must be agreed upon by both parties before commencement of services. Estimates can be accepted in person, over the phone or online. Any changes to the Service Agreement must be agreed upon by both parties.
Cancellation Policy
At Leed’s Landscaping, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring our team’s time and scheduling commitments are respected.
Cancellation of One-Time Services: Customers may cancel a one-time lawn care service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00 to cover scheduling and operational costs.
Cancellation of Recurring Services (Weekly/Bi-Weekly): If you wish to cancel ongoing lawn care services, we require at least 7 days' notice for weekly services and 14 days’ notice for biweekly services. (email or phone confirmation).
If services are canceled without proper notice, a final service charge and cancellation fee may apply to the final invoice.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If we need to reschedule due to weather conditions, no cancellation fees apply.
If a customer requests a cancellation due to weather, our standard cancellation policy applies.

Liability and Indemnification
Liability Limitation: Leed's liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service(s) in question. Leed's is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Leed's, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Client's property, actions, or omissions.
Property Access
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to their property for Leed's employees to perform the services. The Client must inform Leed's of any potential hazards on the property.
Insurance
Leed's maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between Leed's Landscaping and the Client regarding the provision of lawn care services. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by this agreement.
